For the past 14 years, our intake of Cadets has been key to our growth and success as a business. Our Senior Officers have been with us for 10 years as minimum.
We currently have engine Cadet positions, deck Cadet positions, and electrical Cadet positions available for our Cadet Programme, which was instated in 2012. Our Managing Director, Leonid Monyuk, is excited to welcome new Cadets on board and continue the L-Stream (LSM) tradition of developing talent from within the company.
We believe that well-trained sea staff is crucial to our company’s success, which is why we have a comprehensive career development programme that includes recruiting and training Cadets across various disciplines.
Being a seafarer on a vessel that trades worldwide is an exceptional role, and we value the skills and experience our Cadets bring to our company. As a Cadet, you will receive ample support and guidance as you develop your skills and learn the shipping industry from the inside. To be successful, you should be motivated, logical, adaptable, and passionate about working at sea. Safety is a top priority for us, and we expect all Cadets to share our focus on safety and be team players.
If you have the drive, eagerness to learn, and want to pursue a career at sea, you may have what it takes to join the fleet.
